AI-powered content for education and business

High-quality content.
Less effort.

Good AI results don’t come from the right prompt. They come from the right process. That’s what we build.

For universities, education providers, and companies that want to communicate better.

AI can’t be introduced in isolation.

Producing content means many pieces fitting together: research, drafting, visuals, editing, sign-off. Replace some of them with AI without adjusting the rest, and the result feels patchwork. Gaps open up, transitions stop fitting, and no one ends up satisfied.

For AI to change anything in an organization, its workflows and structures need a thorough look first: Which steps can be automated, which can’t? Where do new handoffs emerge, where do old ones fall away? Who ultimately bears responsibility for what gets published? Only once these questions are answered does it make sense to talk about tools.

That’s exactly where we start.

AI content

Teaching materials, newsletters, program brochures, website copy, slides for the next conference. The kind of content there’s never quite enough time to craft properly day-to-day.

We produce it for you, or we show your team the workflows for producing it themselves: lean and to a high standard (more on that under AI consulting). Either way, the result is content that sounds like you. A university writes differently from a consulting firm. Someone with twenty years’ experience in an industry has a vocabulary no prompt can replace. With little effort, you produce high-quality content.

AI consulting

Before talking about tools, it’s worth looking at the processes they’re meant to support. Which tasks cost the most time today? Where can AI actually change something, rather than just demand attention? What does the team need so it doesn’t forget the new workflows after three weeks?

We work through these questions with you, redesign your workflows, and then set up the AI tools that fit. We don’t recommend the newest or most expensive features. Instead, we recommend what actually works in your day-to-day. The end result: clear processes, functional tools, and a team that knows what it’s doing.

What we stand for

The debate around AI has been swinging between utopian promise and apocalyptic warnings for years. In practice, neither plays out. Instead, many organizations are looking for a workable way to use AI while remaining stuck in outdated structures and processes.

Our team brings more than 20 years of experience in education and communication. We treat AI for what it is: a tool that handles some tasks very well and clearly falls short on others. Where exactly that line runs for you, we work out together. We only recommend what fits your workflows and your team. On request, we stay on afterwards and take on part of the content production ourselves.

Got 30 minutes to talk?

Half an hour is usually enough to get a clear sense of whether and where AI would make a difference in your organization. If nothing comes of it, you’ve only lost half an hour. If something does, it was probably the most worthwhile meeting of your week.
